1. You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply.

2. Opt-In and Opt-Out You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by verbally communicating your consent to your Gershman loan officer that you agree to receive text messages. To opt-out, you can reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Gershman.

3. Message Frequency The number of SMS messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with Gershman. Gershman may send you messages related to your account, promotional offers, and other relevant information.

4. Cost Gershman does not charge for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability Gershman is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider and network availability.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions Gershman reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued receipt of SMS messages will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
