My name is Irena Sultanov, I am married and have three kids. I am bilingual (Russian and English). I was hired by Gershman Mortgage as their mortgage loan officer at the Sedalia, Missouri branch. I graduated from State Fair Community College with an AAS Degree, Majoring in Office Management. As an experienced business owner and customer service representative, I will serve my customer with compassion, integrity, and tenacity. My passion is to go above and beyond my regular duties as a loan officer and help borrowers achieve financial success regardless of their situation and circumstance. I will be working alongside with David Paul and Jenny Smith who are knowledgeable of all loan programs. Our programs include Conventional, FHA/HUD, USDA and VA as well as first-time homebuyers programs.
