1. Rent affordability: the proportion of median household income dedicated to rent payments 

2. Inventory availability: the proportion of Zillow listings that the median household can afford comfortably, spending no more than 30% of their income on the monthly mortgage payments 

3. The ratio of affordable homes for sale to renter households 

4. The amount of households made up of people aged 29-43
