Gershman Mortgage Hosts 7th Annual Loan Officer Sales Summit

Recapping the 2025 Sales Summit 

The 7^th Annual Gershman Mortgage Sales Summit was filled with inspiration, collaboration, and excitement! It was held April 14th and 15th at Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, MO, and the event proved once again that our team is made up of the best in the industry! Let’s take a look at what made this Summit the company’s best yet:

Day One

The event started with a video montage of photos from Gershman’s rich 70-year history. The video included special memories from 1955, when the company was founded, up to the present, and was a great reminder of what makes us stand out: our employees.

Company President Adam Mason took the stage to deliver a speech on The Modern Gershman Mortgage and what’s in store for us. He motivated the group by assuring everyone that as the mortgage industry evolves, Gershman will continue to evolve with it and rise to meet every challenge.  Adam’s insight and positivity left the group hyped and ready for more! 

Jeff Ogden, Senior Vice President of Production, presented on The Borrower Experience & Leveraging Technology and what loan officers can do to ensure our borrowers have the smoothest loan process possible at Gershman.

Jeff was then joined on stage by Ali Martin, Diane Macko, Scott Mort, Kim Grimes, and Steve Buckles for a panel discussion on industry insights and what Gershman Mortgage will soon implement to maintain our competitive edge and keep our customers happy. 

Loan officers celebrating milestone anniversaries with the company were then honored and thanked by Adam and Jeff. 

After a full day of learning, attendees were then treated to two suites at Busch Stadium to enjoy a St. Louis Cardinals game! It was the perfect way to end day one – complete with a Cardinals win!

Day Two

Day two began with a riveting and intriguing presentation from Dave Savage (Chief Growth Officer of The Trust Engine and Founder of Mortgage Coach) on The LO Advice Revolution. Loan Officers were excited to hear what Dave had to offer, and he didn’t disappoint! Dave gave an in-depth overview of the benefits of Mortgage Coach, as well as the importance of getting comfortable with and utilizing advanced technology.

The attendees then had the opportunity to impart their own wisdom and insights to the group during the roundtable discussion. This is one of our favorite parts of the Summit every year. It’s so great to hear loan officers work together to problem-solve, brainstorm, and collaborate. 

Everyone left the roundtable discussion with a refreshed sense of purpose and some new ideas, too! The event was wrapped up with a group photo to commemorate the 2025 Sales Summit.
