2022 Summit Recap

St. Louis, MO – April 12th, 2022 – Gershman Mortgage held their first ever combined Loan Officer and Operations Summit this past week, April 4^th-5th. This was the first time that Gershman brought operations and sales together for one giant event, “All Together Now”. The 2022 Summit gave everyone a chance to share ideas and experiences, network and learn with colleagues from all over the country, and to recognize outstanding service and milestones.

The event was kicked off by President, Adam Mason who eagerly welcomed all attendees and acknowledged everyone for their hard work and perseverance in 2021. Guest Speaker and Founder of MBS Highway, Barry Habib, spoke on the current mortgage and housing industry trends and what to expect for years to come. His energy and expertise were appreciated by everyone in attendance.  

Julie Hansen, author and well-known keynote speaker provided insight on the unique sales techniques and strategies needed to master the art of connecting with your audience in a virtual sales environment. In addition to our guest speakers, Jeff Ogden, Adam Mason, Ali Martin, and Diane Macko led the awards ceremony. The awards presentation recognized several outstanding loan officers and operations staff with awards for their achievements over the past year. They showcased top producers, work anniversaries, rookie of the year, MVP and many more. The first night was then concluded by a group dinner in the Ballroom, with cocktails, a live band, and several activities for the attendees.

Day two included breakfast, breakout sessions, and guest Speaker Paul Reilly, sales trainer and author of Selling Through Hard Times. Paul is St. Louis-based and specializes in training business-to-business salespeople, sales managers, and customer service professionals on Value-Added Selling. He even brought a copy of his book for everyone in the audience. The event was concluded by a group photo on the balcony of the Chase Hotel.

Gershman Mortgage was very excited to see all of the inspiration and collaboration created at the Summit. Everyone is already looking forward to what next year holds!
