2024 Year-End Celebration

December 17, 2024 – St. Louis, MO –

Gershman Mortgage hosted our annual Year-End Celebration this past Friday, December 13^th, at The Chase Park Plaza! It was a beautiful affair where our employees caught up with their co-workers and celebrated another fantastic year of making homeownership attainable for families nationwide.

President Adam Mason made remarks and thanked the attendees for their dedication and excellence. He also thanked all of the spouses in attendance for their continued support. Adam reminded everyone that what sets Gershman Mortgage apart from other mortgage companies is the employees: “Our future couldn’t be brighter, and it’s because of all of you.” Lastly, Adam was thrilled to be able to present Connie Coker of our Branson, MO branch with a gift for her retirement and to thank her in person for her many years of hard work.

After Adam’s remarks, Senior Vice President of Production Jeff Ogden took the stage to make a few comments of his own and hand out the tenure awards for 2024. This year, 19 employees celebrated tenure milestones, six of whom were in attendance that evening and able to accept their awards in person. Jeff remarked, “It’s amazing the tenure we have within this company,” before handing out the awards for 25, 30, and 40-year milestones.

It was a wonderful evening of food, drink, and fun, topped off with custom Gershman Mortgage cookies and a signature “Gershman Blue” old-fashioned cocktail. We’re already looking forward to this event in 2025!
